Disgraced ex-politician Anthony Weiner dodged questions about whether he had changed, much to the surprise of "Hannity" host Monday.
"I guess the first question that I have is you pled guilty, Anthony, to sending obscene materials to a young girl, 15-year-old girl … You served jail time. Have you changed? Are you a different person?," Sean Hannity asked.
"Well, uhm, I think so," Weiner responded. "I don't think anyone can go through that kind of experience, and I think this is probably true of people who have been through other types of adversity. I don't think you go through that type of experience and don't emerge changed."
The former New York congressman started a radio show with former New York City mayoral candidate Curtis Sliwa called "The Left vs The Right."
Hannity interrupted saying, "Wait a minute."
"That's an obscure answer – 'I think so.' Either you know in your heart if you changed or you know … if you didn't change," Hannity said. "Can you assure people, because you're going to now try and draw in an audience, and they're going to want to know if you changed or not. Have you changed?"
"They can judge for themselves," Weiner responded.

Hannity said, "It doesn't sound that convincing to me."
Anthony Weiner, on Hannity just now, couldn’t say he’s changed after sexting a 15-year old girl and serving jail time for it. pic.twitter.com/aKKmaLKKuo— Joe Has Dementia (@RokerGlasses) February 15, 2022
Good Grief..... Anthony Weiner on Hannity was about the creepiest thing I’ve seen. He looked goofy. He hadn’t changed.— Juanita Broaddrick (@atensnut) February 15, 2022
Omg, I almost shut off Hannity when Weiner gave that wishy-washy reply when asked if he has changed. But I powered thru for Hannity's sake, and I think Hannity sensed what I did.. Weiner is still creepy and I dont think he even took his crimes seriously.

My god, Anthony Weiner is such a despicable human being. I don’t think he’s a bit sorry for anything. He’s done his time and is free to start a new show (who the hell would tune in?). But it says a lot about Curtis Sliwa that he would partner with that pedo weasel. #Hannity— Robert Boucher Jr (@BostonSportsHb) February 15, 2022
Dudes gotta have no money or friends to agree to do an on-camera interview. One thing that sucks about being a career politician...when you f’up like he did and dont have enough crooked friends to cover your ass...it gets cold and lonely really quick and lasts for a looong time.
He just ended his radio comeback, rightfully so!
Correct.
At least he’s consistent. His ex was another horse faced broad destroying this country. There’s an army of them.
What a creepy bastard.
Next phase of his career will be “LEAD TO THE HEAD.”
If he had been convicted on what he supposedly did (asking the minor to send him nude pictures of herself), he would probably not be free yet. However, he has fiends in high places.
WTH would Hannity have this DEMOCRAT SCUM on his show??
So, Weiner is trying to wiggle out?
Those pedophiles don’t change; it’s in their DNA. The recidivism with than is stunning.
Weiner is as Weiner does, and a sex pervert is a sex pervert. He’ll be in trouble with the law again inside of a year.
God only knows why he'd have anything to do with that perverted punk.
The minute I heard WEINER I shut Hannity off.
Hannity is good friends with Curtis Sliwa. Probably had Weiner on as a favor to Curtis. Curtis seems to be trying to rehabilitate Weiner, and sounded like it’s time to move on. Also the fact that he and Weiner have a new radio talk show together.
I still don’t believe Weiner is his last name. Anybody else active in politics would have changed it by now. Especially after reading all the jokes the name generates here.
