A Florida woman threw a massive 'hissy fit' in a Florida Walmart after she tried to steal a shopping cart full of groceries, claiming she had an 'employee discount.'
Winter Haven Police Department is calling on the public's help to identify a woman - who was only described as having 'green hands and hair' - who hurled a Barbie doll at a store employee after she was caught trying to steal groceries on February 2 around 1 p.m.
'Pitching a hissy fit and throwing things at people because you got caught trying to steal?' the Winter Haven Police Department wrote on Facebook. 'Tsk tsk.'
The woman's cart was filled up with various items, including 'silk flowers, toys, and some groceries,' which she wheeled over to a self-checkout scanner and lingered for 'more than 15 minutes' before attempting to walk out with the full cart.
The woman was reportedly stopped at the doors and escorted back to the registers 'where she proceeds to argue - a lot' and got 'louder and louder,' the police department wrote.
She reportedly told store employees to 'get the manager, Kim,' claiming she had an 'employee discount and I get my groceries for free.'
'News flash,' the police department quirked. 'There is no manager named Kim at the store.'
Surveillance video shows the woman take a Barbie doll from her shopping cart and walk away from the self-checkout and head away from the registers.
The Winter Haven Police Department claimed the woman told an employee that she would pay for the doll, but one of the associates demanded she come back and pay for it at the register she was initially at.

If she identifies as somebody who gets Walmart groceries for free, then I think we as a society should not judge her and are obliged to play along. Heck, if she identified as a man, we should call her a he. If she identified as Napoleon, then we should salute her...er I mean him...like the French soldiers did in Napoleon’s day. Otherwise we are canceling the poor woman...er I mean the poor famous French General and Ruler...not letting her (I mean him) be what he really really is inside.
I worked as a checker and a bagger at WalMart all last year and I didn’t even get paid and my W-2 hasn’t showed up either.
I want to talk with the manager.
I see no expense has been spared on the security cameras.
