HONOLULU (KITV4)-- The name plate is now gone for "H20 Process Systems" on Young street in Honolulu, a business owned by routine Democratic party donor Milton Choy.
The business man, specializing in waste water industrial services, contributed over 200 thousand dollars to political candidates legally.
But it's the smaller dealings, that appear in charges announced by the US Attorney, that are foundational to a bribery scandal against former State Senate major leader Jamie Kalani English and representative Ty Cullen.
Choy is reported to be the "Person A" who sought to benefit from favorable legislation and offered cash and other gifts for that purpose.
Collaboration between Person A and the federal government culminated in early 2021 with FBI agents discovering $5,000 cash, under the front floor mat of a car, that English allegedly accepted from "Person A" just before a traffic stop.

My brother recently bought Senator Inouye’s old condo in Honolulu.
He said the Building Inspector’s office got hit with a corruption scandal as well. Many inspectors have been arrested as well as fired for demanding kickbacks to pass building permits. He said due to additional corruption and now lack of staff, they are saying it may be a year to 18 months to approve his remodel plans.
Business interests literally stole Hawaii from the royal family. Now it’s a corrupt, one-party Marxist state.
Karma is a bitch.
And we’re paying for it as a country. Whore Ono and Brainless Schitz are the difference between a semi-sane GOP Senate majority and totalitarian Stalinazi Demonrat.
What’s funny is some wanted to make The Philippines a State, have you seen what the population of The Philippines is today?

At one time (Right after WWII!) there was an effort by Sicilians to make Sicily a state !
Yes, if the Philippines had been made a state, it would likely have over 100 Congressmembers (and several of them would be devout Mohammadan Communist terrorists), and most of our present states that have 2 or 3 House members would be reduced to just 1 (and then remove anywhere from 1-3 seats from every other state, unless they raised the total number of members from 435). Their influence on the nation as a whole would be unequaled, and we’d be a third world country as a result.
Sicily, with 5 million people, is actually run by a Conservative party at present. That would net it 7 members of the House today (as influential as Alabama or South Carolina).
The 51 member state House has only 4 GOPers; the other 47 are ‘Rats.
The 25 member state Senate has only one Republican. The other 24 are ‘Rats.
This is proof that the people of Hawaii get the government they deserve.
