Bob Saget’s family is providing an update to his fans after he passed away last month at 65.
In a statement shared with The Hollywood Reporter on Wednesday, the late Full House star’s relatives confirmed that authorities have determined the cause of death to be head trauma. The message added that drugs and alcohol were not involved.
“They have concluded that he accidentally hit the back of his head on something, thought nothing of it and went to sleep,” the family stated of the investigation into Saget’s death.
The comedian was found dead in his Orlando hotel room on Jan. 9. At the time, no information was released on the cause of death, but the sheriff’s department said no signs of foul play or drug use had been found.

This is one of the oldest jokes, going back to vaudeville, called the Aristicrats. Most of the more crass comics have told this, Don Rickles, Gilbert Gottfried, Chris Rock and Saget. And there’s no evidence that Saget was a guest of Epstein’s.

Natasha Richardson (Liam Neeson’s wife, Vanessa Redgrave’s daughter) fell while skiing and hit her head. The EMTs wanted to take her to the hospital but she said she was fine and refused. A short time later, complaining of severe headaches, she was taken to the hospital where she died. Epidural hematoma.
There, but for the grace of God, go I. Can’t tell you how many times I have whacked my head against something to the point of seeing stars. Still have a few lumps and scars to show for it.

There are definitely videos of him telling absolutely vile “jokes” and stories. They’re disgusting.
Never admired the guy much but that’s the best way. Just lay down and go to sleep.
