The first shipment of about three million Novavax doses has arrived in Sydney, ahead of its scheduled rollout just two weeks away.

The shipment of three million doses touched down in Sydney via Singapore overnight.
Novavax, which is Australia’s fourth vaccine to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, will be rolled out at GPs, pharmacies and state-run vaccination hubs across the nation from February 21.
But the jab will still need to undergo batch testing by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) before its use...
The TGA provisionally approved Novavax for Australians aged 18 and older on January 20, with two doses to be given three weeks apart.
The jab is not yet available for booster shots.
