There’s a patent on the specific use of carnosic acid for degenerative issues, as this article mentions, but you can get a carnosic acid supplement (that doesn’t say anything about degenerative diseases), standardized to 20% carnosic acid, at places like Amazon.

I keep a bush out back...
Pack my roasters fill of fresh picked, washed and thoroughly bruised rosemary as a matter of course.

I cannot STAND the taste of rosemary (or oregano), but I’ll order it in supplement form.
I grow basil, though. I season all my Italian food with it. Wonder if it has any good properties.
To: ConservativeMind
Put it in your chicken soup.

I’ve tried rosemary as tea. Not bad, if you like the taste.

The insurance companies know the real covid story.
https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4035026/posts
Green Paragraph:
Insurance risk experts also say the opportunities for transmission between humans and animals, high levels of global travel, increased urbanisation and climate change impacts such as deforestation and disease-carrying mosquitoes mean pandemics could become more frequent.
Heavy Hand Paragraph:
The potential for any future corovanirus outbreak to again become a pandemic would depend on its transmissibility and the strength of measures to fight it, [Brice] Jabo said.
Hindsight Paragraph:
Bruno Latourette said, “COVID is...the perfect storm with pre-symptomatic contagiousness, a lethality that is not too high to lead to super-strong zero tolerance measures, a waning of immunity and high transmissibility”.

Is there a difference between fresh rosemary and dried?
Looks like another case for eating a healthy diet.

thanks. I added carnosic acid to my supplement stack.
I would say that the part of my supplement stack that gives the most protection against covid is now:
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
Zinc
Experimentally:
Quercetin
Glutathion
Carnosic Acid
I say experimentally because I’ve not had any colds for a decade or two. During most of that time I was only using the first three ingredients of the stack above.
I’d like to hear your take on what you consider to be your covid stack.
