Mathieu Fleury, the Ottawa City Councillor of Rideau-Vanier Ward, has today announced his support for the government to launch a legal challenge to seize the remaining GoFundMe donations that had been collected online.
“This morning, I have asked the city manager and city solicitor to immediately launch court proceedings targeting the millions of dollars in funds frozen by @GoFundMe so Ottawa taxpayers are not left holding the bag for these protests,” Fleury tweeted.

The mainstream media in Canada claiming a paramedic was stoned by protesters in Ottawa and was left in tears.
They are claiming harassment of business owners and employees by unmasked people etc etc.
I saw a lot of boxes of donuts on the street in Ottawa today.

It’s been pointed out that Canada has 1/10th the economy of the USA. 10 times the 8 million the GoFundMe took in is a very large sum for Canada, and amounts to 80 million equivalent raised in the US.
Really stupid for these idiots to SUE to get money that is NOT theirs, simply because it supports an opinion against their ELECTED office.

It brings to mind something I read some time ago about pushing a good man to his limit. From what I remember, it doesn't end well for the one doing the pushing.
Canadian governments getting ready to charge the protesters with insurrection, and treason. Those protesters will get sent to Canadian gulags to be created with the GoFundMe funds seized.
