I did check the video and he does look off color there also. His face got chubby pudgy. Water retention?
I just don’t think someone can age that much in one year. There is at least ten years difference in those pictures. Look at the indents on his chin in 2022. Nothing in 2021. Maybe the 2021 pick was airbrushed and such to make him appear younger.
Trudeau’s change in appearance could be from several things all together. Fear can do wonders for sure. He is an evil man and needs to face justice.
