I just don’t think someone can age that much in one year. There is at least ten years difference in those pictures. Look at the indents on his chin in 2022. Nothing in 2021. Maybe the 2021 pick was airbrushed and such to make him appear younger.

The Trudeau pictures were not over a year but 1 month- December 2021 to January 2022. Not sure even fear could do that in 1 month.
