Thiery’s health had been compromised for a long time already, at least in one way. He had two bad luck accidents that damaged his face; one a car accident maybe 20 years ago, followed by some kind of ‘gym mishap’ (Harry Reid X-Machine?) a few years later.

He had loads of plastic surgery during both recoveries, including a new chin made from one of his leg bones. I looked it up because I wondered why he looked so odd. All that wreckage would lead to lots of breathing problems. Kind of a French Bulldog syndrome.
