I faintly recall president Trump received remdesivir when he was sick with covid. I could be wrong on this, my memory is no longer my strong suit.

They knew from the drug trials this was a toxic, dangerous drug
Trump got monoclonals plus what else we don’t know
State Secret if he got HCQ or IVM

His symptoms were serious but his disease was caught and treated early

You’re correct. President Trump got Remdesivir.and monoclonal antibody infusion. MAB is what he seemed to attribute his recovery to.
