The authoritarians must be stopped

There can’t be a worse, more dangerous, and outright evil class of people than those who want to tell others how to think and what to do. Those who would rule you and take away your liberty do not do it “for your own good.” Ever. The Founders knew this. That is why they pushed back hard against “The Intolerable Acts. It is why they tossed tea into the harbor. It is why they eventually fought the world’s mightiest military. And it is why they so valued the Right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness granted to us by our Creator.

It led Patrick Henry to proclaim, “Give me liberty or give me death.”

George Washington could have been king. He declined. He also declined to serve a third term as president, desperately wanting to return to domestic life at Mount Vernon rather than continue as the most powerful man in the nation. When England’s King George III, America’s implacable enemy, heard of this he exclaimed, “If he does that, he will be the greatest man in the world.”

More than 600,000 Americans died in the Civil War that others may be free.

This is our heritage as citizens of the United States of America. And I, for one, am getting damned sick of that heritage being bastardized, twisted, denied, denigrated and mocked.

This has been a frustrating two years for those astute enough to have seen through the the lies. Only in the last few weeks have the brave Web Weenies shown any comprehension of what’s really happening.

Governors and mayors across the country, including Governor Abbot of Texas, instituted these oppressive measures.

There is no legal basis for calling any business “non-essential” and closing it by force. There is no legal basis to quarantine UNINFECTED PEOPLE while letting disease vectors like government employees, medical staff, and all those employees at so-called “essential” businesses to wander around freely, infecting people and not having to isolate for five days the moment they were close to someone possibly infected.

Heck, every medical person should have isolated for five days the moment one likely infected person went through their clinic or hospital. That never happened!

It's been a grotesque abuse of power, but “for the common good.”

That “common good” was for evil purposes and meant to permanently change society and get President Trump out of office.

I worry that the country club/Sans-A-Belt faction of the Stupid Party will think that they can just coast in, They need a plan for Day One of the next Congress. Libs are united and relentless. Republicans could use some of those qualities.

My Grandparents risked crossing war-torn Europe to escape the Soviet Union and make it to America. To get away from exactly the same crap our various governments are hitting us with daily.

There is no where else to run to. We stand, or fall, here.

...along with DeSantis. Only Kristi Noem got lucky enough to get it right, and that was only because she’s owned by the Chamber of Commerce there, and simply listened to them (for once the CoC was right on an issue, although only because supporting lockdowns hit them in wallet).

It goes on, but I'll skip to the odd thing missing from the Wikipedia page Father of the Nation [אבי האומה =70], which begins with:

"The Father of the Nation is an honorific title given to a person considered the driving force behind the establishment of a country, state, or nation."

Not a photo example anywhere. George Washington is buried down at the bottom of the page. On the Hebrew page, however, our beloved cherub-cheeked George Washington appears at the top, the man who is 70. Not in age but as the "Father of the Nation".

He so much wanted children of his own, yet it was not meant to be. Then again, as the Reverend Mother says,

When the Lord closes a door. . .
. . .somewhere He opens a window.

For example, the breeze blowing into David's north window set off his midnight alarm clock.
