The Air Force Special Tactics community encountered wokeness, but resistance in the lower ranks sparked a backlash.
A few days ago, I noticed a disturbing tweet by Representative Dan Crenshaw about preferential treatment and lowered standards in the Air Force Special Tactics selection course. Having sufficient background to be fairly confident in my understanding of the matter, I'll place links to many of my sources here, here, here, here, here, and here. The gist of the story is that the Air Force Special Tactics community encountered wokeness, but resistance in the lower ranks sparked a backlash.
Air Force Special Tactics provides Air Force experts who can ensure world-class Air Force support for any Special Operations team. They must be ready to join any Special Operations team on short notice, whether Navy SEALS, Army Green Berets, Rangers, or even more secretive units.
In 2018, a female Special Tactics Officer entered Special Tactics training, where she quit in the first week of dive training. She was then not selected for continued training. In 2019, she returned and retook the course and did not pass again, but higher leadership dictated her selection for Special Tactics officer training. She then went through more training while continuing to quit. She quit in dive training, but the leadership had her retake a more relaxed version of the course. She then quit in the solo land navigation portion of her tactical training.
She encountered the physical differences between highly athletic men and women being tested to their limits. In one event, "she just physically couldn't flip the tire," the instructor said. "The team handed her a kettlebell and she just kind of walked behind the team for the rest of the iteration."

I cannot help but wonder if the commander ordered her to file the complaint.

Likely. Very likely that her “Letter” asking for the EEOC complaint was demanded by the Pentagon “masters” - or was sent after many weeks of psych op warfare while subjected to that staff pressure.
The Army Rangers pushed through their original “hand-picked” women going through the ranger course. Took several tries for those women to get through as well.
Don’t know if later women made through the course “on their own” or by taking advantage of lower standards.
When the Big War comes (and it will-sooner than we expect) these woke policies will be the first to go. These woke generals will be the first to fall. Our enemies are not stupid—they have been waiting for decades for the coming moment to take us down. The border will be full of people fleeing south to escape the draft and destruction. We will not be fighting one Nation but a cabal of states. China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria. and others. The war will happen here. We will be lucky to be alive at the end. Biden will be seen as a Benidict Arnold.
Yup, it will get very interesting.
IMHO, women are superior to men in many, many ways. Physical strength is just not one of them. Pretending that women are just smaller versions of men doesn’t make it so.

Hey, let’s get rid of grades and give participation trophies. If we don’t reform education, we’re dead.
The USAF has had a policy that ALL career fields must include women no matter what. They fail, pass them. They perform below standards, say otherwise. They displace men in these roles, so the affected career fields are always short handed. The AF has many special operations teams of all sorts. They are not door kickers, but teams that can operate in any condition, anywhere, at any time, and get there through rather unconventional means, and use weapons as needed. They are highly trained, highly motivated, intelligent, and very capable, but then they have to drag women around for the woke AF politics. This has been going on since at least the 1970’s. I was in the AF in the 80’s and I had a new trainee that just graduated school who knew nothing. She admitted she was given the answers to the exams so that she could pass.
Women are not supposed to be stronger nor as strong as men. Men are/ were supposed to protect their women. Women are to compliment men. Not be men.
