When NeverTrumpers turn against Biden
American Thinker ^ | 17 Jan, 2022 | David Zukerman

Now that Biden's presidency is collapsing due to his complete ineptitude, those NeverTrumpers owe us an explanation for their support of this disaster.

Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. occupies the Oval Office solely because he is not Donald Trump. He has no qualities to recommend him as POTUS beyond that. Arguably, it was the support of NeverTrumpers that provided his margin of victory in the scandal-ridden 2020 election. Now that his presidency is collapsing due to his complete ineptitude, those NeverTrumpers owe us an explanation for their support of this disaster.

Former Reagan speechwriter and prominent NeverTrumper Peggy Noonan indicated that she had broken with President Biden over his voting rights speech in Georgia, June 11, in her January 15 Wall Street Journal column. It would not, I think, be unfair to conclude that with this speech, President Biden has lost Peggy Noonan who wrote, among other things: "The speech itself was aggressive, intemperate, not only offensive, but meant to offend.” Clearly, the speech was intended to provoke former president Trump, with its invidious references to him, references, however, that Ms. Noonan happened to overlook.

To have a sense where Peggy Noonan stands on the issue of Donald J. Trump, two of her many columns on or about Mr. Trump shed some light, I think, on her problem with Trump Derangement Syndrome. There are, as examples, her column extolling the courage of Rep. Liz Cheney, seeing her as facing down her GOP colleague/cowards -- and her July 2021 column attacking President Trump for being "weak and sniveling."

The never Trumpers may have brief periods of regret between their busy schedule of hormone treatments preparing for their transgender operations. Just don’t call them confused!

Good article. The article author quotes P. Noonan in this article. What she still doesn’t understand is that many of us voted for Trump, not because we loved Trump, but because he wasn’t a lefty and he had executive experience. He ended up being a far greater President than we ever dreamed possible. But wasn’t a club member so they lit in to him with both barrels.

When Trump was elected, a friend of mine told me that Trump would force people to show their hands. Some people whom we thought were friends would turn out not to be. The never Trumpers are among the false friends.

“When Trump was elected, a friend of mine told me that Trump would force people to show their hands. Some people whom we thought were friends would turn out not to be.”

Don, Jr., has said that just minutes before DJT and Melania took that escalator ride in 2015, he told the family, “Now we’ll see who our friends REALLY are.”

<< Peggy Noonan indicated that she had broken with President Biden over his voting rights speech in Georgia >>

But presumably, Peggy was just fine and dandy the CONTENTS of the Orwellian-named “voting rights” bill, along with Biden erasing our southern border, leaving $85 bil. of American military gear and hundreds of American citizens with the Taliban, pushing critical racist theory and trans lunacy indoctrination on our kids and siccing the DOJ on parents who question it in public, and attempting to implement the socialist green new deal which would bury our economy for good. …to name just the tip of the iceberg.

Decades ago I saw Peggy Noonan speak at a Catholic college in Allentown PA. She was rational then.

The greatest accomplishment of Trump’s run abd first term was flushing all the cockroaches out into the open. Ones that had remained in some dark crevice for decades not out in the blinding sunlight.

I really enjoyed her book “What I saw at the Revolution” pertaining to her years as a speech writer for Reagan. I’m not sure what happened to her.

She wrote at length about Reagan’s “Tear down this wall” speech. Every speech had to be vetted by all of the various cabinet members. Once the President spoke it, it became American policy.

That part of the speech kept on being deleted by the State Department. They thought that was being too aggressive, and didn’t want it deemed as policy.

The speech (as all of the speeches) was sent back numerous times, with the President changing things, the departments changing things, etc.

Reagan added in the line (again) as he rode to the wall to give the speech!

So love that title, but I am careful to explain to people that I don't hate Joe Xiden. Xiden is simply a wooden puppet, an empty suit, a figurehead for his handlers who control the deep state. In exchange for his cooperation for everything they tell him to do, he lives in a cushy palace with perks.

Joe Biden is in the Oval Office because he was put there through ELECTORAL FRAUD effectively denying the American voter their sacred right to freely elect their choice. Biden isn’t there because he isn’t Trump! That is gaslighting lies. Until we fix fraud to where this NEVER happens again, we risk the continued down hill spiral of losing our country and freedoms.

I suspect many of the never Trumpers were forced to pick sides early on if they wanted to continue to hang with their social networks.

Anybody with a lick of sense knew Biden was going to be terrible, but the MSM and big tech did their best to hide all his faults.

and because unlike the RINO Establishment which has betrayed us over and over and over again, we knew Trump would actually FIGHT and would KEEP HIS WORD to us.

I don’t care about Peggy Noonan. RINOS have been exposed and the majority are on borrowed time or have already quit. More to follow. I care about primaries and Presidential elections and making certain my vote has true value and weight. The rest of justice will follow.
