Manchin is in the Senate to represent his constituency which is 93% White, so why would “Black issues” be at the forefront of his concerns? Find me any other Country in the world where 13% of a population has the power and influence that Blacks have in modern day America and still continue to bitch, whine and moan about oppression.
Black people can vote? When did that happen?
