If William and his family go down in a helicopter crash together, Harry and Meghan are waiting anxiously in the wings to become heir after Charles. The queen is said to have asked William not to fly with the family, but he’s confident. Perhaps overly.

I suspect legally Harry Windsor is just a rich Brit nowadays.

I cant stand Harry and Meghan but private security is not the same. They dont have the same access to information etc.
I do think if they take their kids to the UK they should get stepped up security IF Harry pays for it all. Those kids are a prime target for all kinds of mishaps..and the Brits have great animosity toward those two right now.

Grandma didn’t invite the the Markles to her Jubilee so this is his excuse for not flying over. Not being able to attend will mean they can’t fulfill their obligations to Netflix and Spotify.
Daddy is funding a lot of their expenses such as their current abode and security.

Not sure what you mean by ‘rights over the persons’. As far as the succession itself is concerned, she has none. All is determined by statute. As far as her more general rights are concerned, academic constitutional hypotheses aside, also effectively none other than those Parliament chooses to give her. In most respects, the monarch has less freedom of action than an ordinary citizen.
