DWAC is a SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) which is another way to take a company public on the stock market. Starts out as a stock with no purpose and then makes an agreement with a company that wants to go public. In this case DWAC and TMTG have filed an agreement with the SEC to combine and then convert to TMTG.

Final conversion of the stock may be as late as September, but the date can change to earlier and should be finalized once they file their S-4 which is expected this month or next month. Business including DWAC capital, $1B in PIPE investors, and Trumps own money is currently valued at about $2.5B.

If we use Twitter capital valuation of 32B and roughly 400M users, then if DWAC/TMTG obtains 100M users they should be valued approximately $200/share.

However if we use FB capital valuation and users then 100M users would value the shares at ~$700. I’m anticipating about $200 by July after the application launch.
