Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

Greetings! On the last link of your post of items of interest, the one about BiteMe saying “this is stupid”, I clicked on the link in the article that went to the twitter feed with that BiteMe video....a few comments into that, a person noticed green screen problems in that video. The flag on the WHouse roof disappears as BiteMe moves his potato head, as does other background as he moves. I did not notice until this was pointed out.
Well, The Donald. I for one am gonna have to boycott Hillary satisfying me. If I saw her coming at me nekkid in the night, I’m pretty sure I’d turn to stone and drop dead like I took the vax.
The good news is, I’d smell her coming from a mile away and have enough time to skip town.

I never got the feeling Q was all too clear about the “When’s” and “Until’s”, either.
As for the chain of command part, like you, I don’t remember that bit.

In any case, future seems to be proving past almost too fast to keep up as it is.
We’ve long been sustained by the thought that when the people finally know
the truth, it’s game over for the bad guys.
The Epstein coverup by the media, our government, other governments and
‘Elites” the world over demonstrates more than anything else so far, the reality
of a world and media under the influence of child sex trafficking blackmail
(or willing demonstration of loyalty) operations by intelligence agencies.

other affronts to our liberties right now.
