Shouldn't any "evidence" not related to the Times false and malicious charges, be automatically excluded?

Network television is a dumpster fire. Can’t say I’m surprised to see her there.

If she wants money, she should have run against that dried scab Murkowski. I hear it pays about $175K.

Absolutely. It’s nonsense to allow any “evidence” that occurred after the article written by the Times that is the basis of the suit. It has no probative value whatsoever and is definitely intended to prejudice and confuse the jury.
Unless the Slimes is claiming that their reporters engage in time travel to gather news.

There was “sufficient evidence to allow a rational finder of fact to find actual malice by clear and convincing evidence," Judge Jed S. Rakoff of Federal District Court in Manhattan determined. Sounds guilty as hell to me. Is a trial realy needed?

I’ve not seen the American version of “Masked Singer”. My wife and I do watch the Korean version on KBS which I believe is the original of this genre. It is quite popular and some of the singers are excellent. Many, if not not most, are celebrities, actors, entertainment personalities and sometimes athletes. In interviews after their appearances (unmasked) many say wearing the mask while singing gives them a freedom to sing without fear. I have seen nothing on the Korean show to indicate any hint of demonic influence. I’m curious why you think the US ads for this show appear to you to be demonic. Given US TV proclivites, you may well be right.
