A pilot for a major airline estimated that 80 percent of his fellow pilots will refuse to take a COVID vaccine booster if it’s mandated, telling tech entrepreneur Steve Kirsch that they will quit before they take the jab again.
During an interview with Kirsch, Latane Campbell, who has 34 years of experience flying in the military and for a commercial airline, shared his perspective on the experimental vaccines, mandates, masking, and how this is going to end.
Kirsch, the executive director of the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, has been a leading voice promoting repurposed drugs to treat COVID, and warning against the experimental vaccines.
Campbell predicted that airlines will be forced into accommodating vaccine resisters because the vast majority of pilots are “aghast” at the thought of boosting. “It’s beyond a tipping point now,” he said.
Campbell noted that most pilots like to see the data before they make a decision, and the current data isn’t favorable toward getting a booster shot. He compared the pilots at his airline, which he didn’t name, to the pilots at Southwest Airlines in how they reacted to the vaccine mandates when they came down last fall.
“We were a little more recalcitrant,” he explained. “Which is typical of pilots. They don’t like being told what to do.”
Campbell told Kirsch that initially, pilots who agreed to get vaccinated assumed that they would get two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna injections, “and would be it.”

It’s a truly outstanding interview.
Airline pilots, mostly ex-military pilots, are nobody’s fools. The pilot in this interview proves his high intelligence over and over, way beyond the field of aviation.
Long-time commercial aviation pilots are as smart of smarter than “academic” types: they just want a life with more action and adventure.
But they are data driven. This is a GREAT interview. I hope everybody will watch it.

Watch the interview. Most did refuse the jab. This changed the course of airline policy, as airline execs realized they would be out of business if they pushed it.
As a result, (and low-key and unheralded), most of the airlines instituted a very liberal medical or religious exemption policy, no questions asked. Most of the airline pilots are still unjabbed. Watch the interview. It’s remarkable.
I'm not. Pilots know too well that a medical condition keeping them from passing a flight physical is the end of their career.

Let’s hope you are closer to the truth than I am.
Your point is quite valid,but I again dubious that it would be that high of a percentage.
I really mean it when I say that I would not be disappointed if the pilots shut down every damned airline in the country for commercial traffic. I truly think that if we don’t draw a line in the sand we are doomed.
Any price we pay now is cheaper than the price were going to pay later on by complying.

More often as they get older
One thing that really motivates these people is this- and I am not a pilot- they are trained to avoid civilian areas and civilians, innocent victims of uncontrolled landings. They know a stroke in flight would put them in a situation where such a situation could be unavoidable.
And pilots talk. They network. Military people in general talk a lot they network and they know what’s happening like a bunch of kids in a big family know exactly what’s happening in h the house. To their parents.
They know when some 43 year old has a stroke and his commercial aircraft is seen in a news photo belly up with homes and pow ins visible, they will every one of them know just about exactly what happened. And avoid it at ever cost.
80% is low ball. No doubt.

Vaccines have had a big history killing, injuring, or otherwise ending pilots flight careers. Military. Anthrax vax.
