Well, the evidence is that he and other identifiable people are on camara taking leadership roles in inciting and facilitating illegal activity and have not been charged. THAT is the evidence! No decent explanation has been offered by the government.

Meanwhile, scores of very peripheral people have been charged with "parading" and "trespassing." Real journalists would be digging into this, but they are suppressing it and pretending there is nothing to it.

***I don’t see it that way AT ALL. Nixon did not have hundreds of followers in prison, POLITICAL PRISONERS, without charges a year after he left. Nixon basically tried his best to steal the 1972 election because he was robbed of the 1960 election, even though he won handily in 1972 without any cheating.
