The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll, sponsored by Miranda Devine’s LAPTOP FROM HELL: Hunter Biden, Big Tech, and the Dirty Secrets the President Tried to Hide, for Tuesday shows that 40% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Biden’s job performance. Fifty-eight percent (58%) disapprove.
The latest figures include 19% who Strongly Approve of the job Biden is doing and 48% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -29. (see trends)

Another poll, USA Today/Suffolk has his approval rating at 40%. He actually did worse previously (38%), but the voter screen on this won had 2020 Biden voters outnumbering 2020 Trump voters by 5 points, whereas previously they had Biden voters outnumbering Trump voters by only 1. So this poll is at least the worst.
Be aware that not all think Biden is a failure for the same reasons. Liberals and socialists think he’s a failure because he has done enough damage!...............

That is a good observation. If you recall, GWB ratings were terrible his second term. He was too liberal and it was not enough for the Democrats.

However, there has been a serious effort to hide Biden whenever possible. The excuse has been Covid but the reality is that when he speaks publicly, his approval goes down even more.
It's one thing to hide when things are going good, and the media is there to puff you up. The way things are now is that everything is going to crap, and all the Democrats and the media can do is blame Trump and Covid. It's starting to become tiresome to everyone except the most die-hard leftists.
