Second, it may seem silly to some, but the fact that “Jingle Bells” was first performed in minstrel shows where white actors performed in blackface does actually matter when it comes to questions of what we use as material in school.

This is where the idiocy starts and where it must be ENDED! We are talking about 1867 or there-a-bouts, when record keeping of such pop-culture was iffy at best!

He mentions that the song is connected to a religious holiday not everyone celebrates, so I wonder what the kids are allowed to sing during “the holiday season.”. That would expose the real agenda.
