EDITOR: When anti-vaxxers challenged the smallpox vaccine mandates in the early 20th century, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected any notion that the Constitution recognizes a right to refuse a mandated vaccine. In Jacobson v. Massachusetts, the court stated:
“Real liberty for all could not exist under the operation of a principle which recognizes the right of each individual person to use his own … regardless of the injury that may be done to others.”
Using the Constitution to rationalize selfish beliefs is unpatriotic. If you want real liberty for all, go get vaccinated.

If you have been “vaccinated” someone’s unvaccinated status has NO IMPACT on you.
So your panic stricken letter full of rabid ignorances here indicates 1 of 2 things.
Either A: You are vaccinated and can careless what other people’s vaccination status is.
OR
B: Your “vaccine” is not an effective vaccination and no matter how many people get jabbed it is going to be totally useless to “protect” anyone from anything,

A proposed bill in NY would give the governor power to detain individuals “indefinitely” who are deemed a threat due to a “case or suspected case of contagious disease”!
Relates to the removal of cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases that are potentially dangerous to the public health.

Well, first, the smallpox vaccine really was a vaccine. Second, it has been properly tested and vetted. Third, smallpox had a high kill rate.
It was also approved by the FDA, and manufactures could be held liable for adverse reactions.
These jabs have proven that they are not effective in providing a lifelong resistance to the coronavirus, and they have proven to be more deadly than all the vaccines used in the last 20 years.
Leftists always like to compare apples to oranges if it can bolster their desired outcome.

when you decide in this nation to coerce an individual into compliance with whatever whim or desire you as an agent of the gov’t are making for the majority, certain niceties are required.
you can’t “mandate” anything under the Constitution without a legitimate grant of authority executing the justly adjudicated law of the land with the additional rights of due process and the bill of rights for the individual.
and even then, the individual would still have the right of conscience under the ultimate protection of God to refuse this jab.

Right now I have my bro back here at home. He’s been badgering us from CA as it is but now he’s here to argue with about us getting vaxed. He actually had to tell me to “don’t yell at me” and I think I ticked him off a lot. Bro has a tendency to issue edicts, making statements he knows are correct. This can apply to anything. Food, fences, bills, whatever.
Meanwhile my hubby did get vaxed while all of us had the disease last year, and I do not argue with him. He knew I didn’t want this, did it anyway, but does not bother us about it.

We also had a big trial,of quite a few people who forced dangerpus experimental sh1t, which this is also, onto unwilling subjects.
We decided to try and execute people who pulled this crap.

And segregation laws.
And the murder of unborn babies.

And if the vax lowered the rate instead of increasing it - I might consider it.
Smallpox is not transmissible by animals to humans, but COVID is. Currently the CDC says animal to human transmission is minimal but human to animal is not. But this demonstrates why vaccinations will never end COVID. It would require vaccinating everyone AND animals also. While birds do not appear to be spreading COVID-19, they can and do carry these types of viruses.
The vaccination strategy is based on greed for money and power while exploiting the general public’s ignorance and ability to be easily manipulated.
