Bill O’Reilly has revealed that he had to console Donald Trump after he was booed by his own supporters for getting a vaccine booster shot. Trump told MAGA fans that he’d had his COVID-19 booster during Sunday’s final stop on the “History Tour” he co-headlined with the disgraced ex-Fox News star.
The revelation prompted a chorus of boos and jeers from anti-vaxxers in the crowd. In an interview with Dan Abrams on NewsNation, O’Reilly said Trump phoned him after the event and was apparently hurt by the reaction.
“I told him that today, he called me,” said O’Reilly. “I said ‘This is good for you, this is good that people see another side of you, not a political side, you told the truth, you believe in the vax, your administration did it, and you should take credit for it, because it did save, I don’t know, hundreds of thousands of lives.’” The ex-Fox News star later said Trump that will definitely run in 2024, telling Abrams: “I’m trying to tell President Trump, run on your record. He’s going to run again, all right.”

I like Trump and likely always will.
I trust vax about as far as I could throw Fauci.
Me and Trump disagree on the vax safety and efficacy and one other thing. But I still support the other 96% of his positions. Until that drops significantly or someone else comes along that scores higher, I’ll still vote for him.
As for his associates... I always got the feeling that he was pretty alone in DC. What I mean is, there didn’t seem to be a lot of choices.
Now DeSantis. I like him. But this is a long slog. We need Trumps 4 years AND DeSantis’ 8. We can’t squander a leader like Trump.
You’re telling people to rely on “therapeutics” instead of the advice of the CDC, FDA and nearly every medical professional in US.
People are spending weeks in the hospital and coming home with wrecked lungs or not at all because they listened to garbage advice and “facts” like yours. Rarely do internet posts have fatal consequences, but yours do.
And yes, the FDA didn’t study low-cost alternatives that could have saved countless lives.
Trump made a serious misstep throwing Pence under the bus instead of sacking his AG and having the machines impounded.
What he did to Pence will hurt him more than most realize if he decides to run.
He divided political supporters in a major way that wasn’t Presidential.

yea, Pence had no role. I wouldn’t support anyone beyond Trump so if you’re goal is to try and push Desantis keep trying. This push for DeSantis will harden Trump supporters against him and if he ever does get nominated he’ll lose to the Rat. Either way, I wouldn’t care. I see politicians on both sides as the same.
Trump is blunt. He’s stated that he supports the Vaccine and that he’s very proud of it. He says it’s safe. That’s a blunt position the difference is you probably don’t agree with him. That’s not being indirect, that’s disagreeing with you.
Whenever statists (not saying you’re one) claim to care about conservative lives, I get real suspicious.

This was O’Reilly being O’Reilly. His neediness comes from some lack of relevance, for whatever reason.
Seeing himself as essential and superior to someone, Anyone, deemed important works best, in his own eyes.
