Probably not. What we'll likely see is a gradual but significant increase of certain diseases in those who have a compromised immune system: bacterial infections, viral infections, fungal infections, cancer et al. The body depends heavily upon the CD8+ T-cell response to mitigate these conditions. More people will die but the cause will not be obviously be related to the mRNA injections.
