Depends on where you buy your vitamins and how tied into the feds they are. Whether or not they are stocking will be very informative. For example, Amazon, GNC and certain grocery stores, such as Sprouts Market, pulled NAC off the shelves due to threats from the FDA. Jarrow pulled their NAC supplements from production. I just checked Vitamin Shoppe and saw that you can buy NAC online, but you can't pay for it with PayPal! So this is like PayPal refusing to allow gun purchases to be made with their platform.... but this is a fricking vitamin.
OT....but just out of curiosity, where do you get your pickles for fermenting during the winter.......I did my first fermentations this summer and the fermented pickles are to die for....
Thanks for the background info. So I guess it is true that the FDA is putting the squeeze on NAC transactions. I agree, this is madness. It is a supplement that has been used for many years. So far I haven’t had any problems purchasing it, but I haven’t used the stores you referenced. Life Extension has their annual sale right now, so I guess I’ll buy more than I need in case this FDA crackdown progresses further.
I took all of these things except the NAC and still got the first strain of covid. I was pretty sick with fever and body pain but I nebulized food grade diluted hydrogen peroxide and upped all my vitamins daily and was well soon (maybe 1 week of sick and another of fatigue). It never got into my lungs due to nebulizing 4x a day.

Dr Mercola has been giving sound nutritional advice, for years. His china virus immune building suggestions have no doubt saved, or at least helped, many, during this plandemic.
I’ve read that the nebulizing treatment can be beneficial for different types of lung ailments.

I started taking most of the vitamins you listed way back when I reached middle age and I’ve not had even severe colds. No vaccines, no flu. I am religious about taking them and wish that everyone would do likewise. They really do work. I had something in Nov. that lasted 4 days. First day had some weird brain fog, second day had scratchy throat, third day running nose, day four noticed I couldn’t taste my food or even smell it. Never felt sick at all, but pretty sure I got it from my son’s vaccine shed. He was my only contact that week. I tried to tell him that he was immune already because he and his whole family had it back in the Spring.
In that sense the vaccines are very poor CCP virus medications. The mRNA peak at about two weeks, and fade to nothing in about six months. They have side effects which we've discussed although the discussion is often innumerate without control numbers (side effects occurring coincidentally are almost always ignored).
But yes, I have come around somewhat, despite a lot of pressure I am refusing a booster.
I basically ferment anything. It’s so easy. The only source I have for pickling cucumbers is a walmart two towns over. Other times it is just veggies I get at the grocery store. But at the end of summer I will ferment 50 lbs of cukes from the farmer’s market to last me all winter and give away. I got addicted to the things living in Poland and learning how easy it is.

Thank you for your reply as it is always a pleasure to hear when something works. As stated with this suggested combination of vitamins and nutrients it may not prevent you from catching a virus but in most cases, you will shake it off fairly quickly. I also do believe that one of the important components in this line up is NAC, always taken with two to three times as much vitamin C.
I got on to it about eleven years ago when the H-1 N-1 virus made its rounds and someone on FR suggested to take NAC and if you do you don’t need a shot. Ever since then I incorporated it within my daily vitamin intake and so far, keep my fingers crossed I have had no problems.

If I may suggest that you strongly consider incorporating NAC into your daily intake of vitamins-nutrients. Always taken with two to three times as much vitamin C. Because of our ignorant and dumb government policies, and the way they are approaching the fight against this crazy Chinese virus I have a feeling it may be a while before we are going to see an end of it or more mutations of same. And this is where NAC will come in handy.

Thanks. Maybe I should. But I take 1 tsp of the best C daily now that it’s winter, the expensive liquid C, and I sure don’t need 3x that amount. So I don’t know what I should do.
You may want to read again what I have posted; it states if you take NAC which is a great immune booster you should take at least two to three times as much vitamin C as NAC. In other words, if you take 1000 mg of NAC you should take at least 2000 mg of C. And here is the explanation why!
Failure to do so may result in more harm than good from taking this product because of the prolonged presence of the oxidized form of L-Cysteine. The vitamin C also helps keep the glutathione that is produced from the Cysteine in its reduced form so that it can continue acting as an antioxidant. Stay healthy and well.
If you still check and read the reply to your question. In addition, and on second thought NAC is just as an important component of this vitamin regime as vitamin C in order to fight this crazy virus. But as suggested and explained in order to be effective NAC should be taken with two to three times as much C. Take care and stay well
