There's a local D.C. station that will suit you just fine.
I recently spent a few days in Northern Virginia visiting friends from my two decades working in Washington, D.C. While driving around the Beltway, I happened upon WCRW, 1190 AM, a radio station in Leesburg with 50,000 watts of power, enough to blanket the nation's capital and its environs. What makes this noteworthy is that the station is leased around the clock by China Radio International, a propaganda arm of the communist regime.
Programming runs the gamut from how dogs "talk" to their owners to Chinese language lessons to dramatic readings from Sun Tzu's The Art of War. But entertainment is just a cover for the station's real purpose, promoting Beijing's foreign policy goals by disarming any opposition. A segment argued that the European Union should maintain its "strategic autonomy," meaning rejecting alignment with the United States against Russia and China. The Europeans were warned that their troubled economies could not support an arms buildup, so cooperation with Moscow and Beijing is the only "sensible" option.
Academics are preferred over officials as presenters. An economics professor from a Chinese university reported on the State Council's new report, "China: Democracy That Works." It opens with the claim "democracy is a common value of humanity and an ideal that has always been cherished by the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Chinese people." But it is a unique form — what the paper calls "whole process democracy,"

CNN’s on the radio now?
This crap should’ve never got this far or out of the gate.
The local all news radio station here in Toronto gets a lot of CNN content so yes they’ve been on the radio for some time now.
Well, they did nail that.
Should listen to the vax shill who’s been subbing for one of our conservative locals here in Baltimore. Blech. Has his own show late but this is prime radio time. I can’t imagine what the regular host thinking.
CNN has a radio show?
yuh smoked me!
Do they at least have NBA games? After all, China paid for the league.
That was what shortwave used to be for.
I listen to lots of Baltimore talkers. Who are you talking about?
LOL!
Beijing likes to use Western "experts" to make its points and finds it disturbingly easy to recruit people willing to turn against their own countries in China's cause.
This is the point, mostly buried in various highbrow examples. There are a great many of these people on YouTube and scattered throughout the media (some here also pick up the various themes) - ordinary types that present China and indirectly the CCP as the best country, the freest country, the strongest military, the best government ever conceived.
They are called "influencers" on YouTube, "waumaos" in China, salesmen and propagandists in the West. Whatever they are called, other than the useful idiots that soak up and freely spread the disinformation, they all receive a nice check and various perks from the CCP. Many are invited to China and given grand tours, gifts, more money, banquets, and pretty sex partners.
All of them count on one thing : westerners near complete lack of understanding China (the country), its history, its language, and its culture. Learning to speak, read, and write Mandarin is not for everyone, but there is no excuse for not learning about the rest.
For example : when people call for the bombing of a certain dam to teach China a lesson and so forth, they have no idea what that would mean to the Chinese people, to the CCP, and to themselves as they imagine it would be a freebee with no consequences because of their utter lack of critical knowledge of China, imagining it is some sort of backwater 3rd world western country.
So be warned when you see, hear or read something about China and the CCP. The content may not be what you think it is.
Dan Joseph was on vs Yuripsy Morgan.
Bump.
Thanks for the great reply! Information people should understand!
