The upper echelons of the military and military intelligence have determined that the Biden Administration was brought into office by collusion between foreigners and US officials that poisoned us (and the rest of the world) with the Fauci-aided (GOF, using US taxpayer dollars) Wuhan Flu, to usher in a myriad of fraudulence via mail-in ballots and even-more-deadly "vaccines," lockdowns, destruction of the middle class, inflation, military-age men streaming across our southern border, etc., etc.
Therefore, the complicit Biden Administration must be removed by those who would show their fealty to the US Constitution and International Treaties, most notably, the Law of War. Trump isn't and shouldn't be seen as the instigator or central figure in the coming reprisal.
The US Constitution defines treason in Article III, Section 3, Clause 1 this way: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

Who mounts the investigation?
Who makes arrests?
Why tries the accused?

Not the act but...how was the entire fair “prosecuted” once the act was found-out?
I would like to believe this. However, it occurs to me that loud mouthed corrupt powerful people would have plenty of evidence that investigations are taking place and would be vigorously jabbering and attacking the investigators and their support.
Two obvious names come to mind: Hillary Clinton and Adam Schiff. They would know if investigations were in progress and would be screaming from the highest roof tops. The Bitem Administration is in a position to defund such a military effort and shut it down. They would be careful to not meddle with John Durham but a secret unknown military operation could be choked off without a whisper.
