What is the timeline of Benedict Arnold’s treason?
Not the act but...how was the entire fair “prosecuted” once the act was found-out?

Let's not remain myopic here.

Imagine a person knew a few things about the US Constitution (USC) but somehow never studied the Bill of Rights. That person obviously might sound astutue quoting USC Article this and section that, but what about US Citizens' First and Second Amendment rights, for example?

Out of ignorance, such a person's internalized imagination about could or should happen legally with the Rittenhouse court case would almost certainly be embarrassingly off the mark.

Similarly, if one looks at the 2020 impeachments, 1/6 "insurrection" screeching from the Dems' House Committee, Conservatives mistreatment and solitary confinements in the DC jail, Trump-Russia collusion, massive 2020 election fraud, audits and video that evidence extreme, yet unprosecuted election law transgressions and ballot manipulations, Biden's encouragements (e.g., $450k) to have healthy, military age men flooding across the border, COVID-19, "vaccines," massive numbers of "vaccine" injuries and deaths, totally unscientific attacks and further threats to deprive the unvaccinateds of their civil liberties without due process, etc., etc. thinking We The People's only redress can be found in that centuries old USC (and its Bill of Rights), we will be just as embarrassed as the person ignorant of the Bill of Rights vis-á-vis the Rittenhouse case.

US law is not simply the USC and its Bill of Rights. Nothing is more supreme, 'tis true, but do you remember from your 8th grade or high school Civics class what has the same binding effect and supreme level, vis-á-vis the law? That's RIGHT! Unexpired, Senate-ratified treaties!

Your USC-limited imagination of how a President may be removed, for example, does not take into account the unexpired, US-Senate-ratified treaty called the Law of War. China is a signatory, just as is the US. Civilians aren't able to make determinations or initiate claims concerning that Treaty, but sovereign governments, their representatives and their militaries very much must adhere to that Treaty whenever it affects international relations.

Making a very long story short, if a foreign power (e.g., PRC) installs its bought and paid for (e.g., 10% to the "Big Guy") US sock-puppet Preezy, it's a very bad thing. If the sovereign power thusly invaded does what it can legally to displace the bad guy's sock puppet government (about which Trump authorized a big 2020 effort to have the NDI and military determine whether there was such foreign election interference) without success through peaceful and legal means--the military can legally make reprisals against the invading sock puppet government, removing it for example; arresting its administration; precluding normal presidential succession, etc. Otherwise, killing people and breaking things also becomes legal.

Just imagine how far off one's thoughts could be if one knew nothing about the Law of War and options available to an invaded, sovereign and its military!

We have already been at war for many months! (I'm sure that's longer than the time line taken with Benedict Arnold, but that doesn't matter as precedent at all.) Our death toll is nearing a million with many times that severely injured. Our economy is in a shambles and inflation is as bad as it's ever been. The dollar is set to crater.

It's absolutely only reasonable to advise the PRC what We the People consider have been the damages in this war. $6T as PDJT recently said! Pay up and go home or it's going to get very bad for you! Like the murderers at Wuhan Lab and those who colluded with them from whatever quarter, we, too, have people that are extremely adept at killing and breaking things.

If they don't want to pay up and go home, know we've foreborn long enough and as soon as things are adequately to our advantage, we just might exercise our full rights, even letting things get kinetic if absolutely necessary.

It'll be our choice, but we've really already heard enough from Xio Biden and Tony Fauci.
