Has YouTube stopped counting 'dislikes' on videos from the White House? And on videos from MSM featuring Joe Biden, or Jen Psaki, or anyone from the administration? The 'like' counts aren't very high, but there are no 'dislikes,' and clicking on 'dislike' on a WP video gave a message like 'your feedback is appreciated' or something like that.
“Your feedback has been shared with the creator” is the actual dislike message.
Yes, YouTube did that.
Youtube did away with the “dislike” count about a week ago. The option is still there but the “votes” aren’t counted.
Only the “likes” are counted.
Why? Maybe they thought it “offended” some people.
Word has it that advertisers didn’t like having their videos DISLIKED to hell and back. So, they did this. I’m sure that Brandon’s videos getting whacked had NOTHING to do with it. (/S) (eyeroll)

Youtube gives contradictory and nonsensical reasons for the removal of the dislike button.
Probably because the WH press briefings got 3 likes and 10,000 dislikes
They had to heavily “curate” the count and still got obliterated.
The Gillette ad they had to delete thousands of dislikes.
Same with the Battlefield V cyborg chick trailer.
All videos are like that now
In the comment section, place “I dislike it” after so many comments they will eliminate the comment section. That would indicate there were too many dislikes.
MY experience is that the dislike will remove that video from your feed. For example, if some homosexual content is shown in my suggestions, it will be removed after I dislike it. [Not immediately but the next time the feed refreshes.]Same with the sphincter with feet or any other dumblecrat ash ole.
I do get the thanks for your feedback notice.
My experience is not on the computer...it is via tv streaming. Very different than watching on computer where the full range of comments etc is available.
HTH
‘In the comment section, place “I dislike it”’
That could be counterproductive, because the youtube algorithm uses the number of comments on a video as one metric to decide which videos to promote.
“Why? Maybe they thought it “offended” some people.”
If it was Slow Joe someone would have to tell him to be offended .... I don’t think he has a viable interface with reality anymore.
Because of stunning ratios of dislikes to likes on White House and Biden/Psaki videos, Youtube has disabled the Dislike button.
This happened about a week or so ago
Dislikes aren’t shown anymore because they might hurt feelings. Feelings, whoa whoa, feelings. Teardrops rolling down my face...
Youtube, not just the creators, are turning off the comment section more and more these days. They’re also adding more and more trigger words that will get videos pulled. Quite commie. Much the same going on at FB.
Who’s behind it and why?
What is up with the Battlefield V cyborg chick?
I haven ‘t seen it yet..
The idiots at Dice decided they needed ridiculous customization in what they initially billed as “the most historical wwii game ever”.
So they had women in WWII in places and battles they weren’t in.
And in the game trailer they had a hook hand lady somehow 360 noscope someone with a hook hand that historically couldn’t do what they showed.
It was impossible to get a firing support grip on a rifle with the hook hands of the day.
So everyone panned her as Cyborg Chick.
Aahh..
Well, we old time gamers (old school PC) know the death of the games (especially PC games) was around the middle to the end of the ‘90s... They started going console (spit be upon them) and then porting them to PC (destroyed FPS games :/ )
The original Call of Duty games were leagues above the crap they put out now, even IF they were kind of square (movement), and the graphics weren’t as nice as they are now.
Nowadays they are more worried about graphics and real history/story; and they have to conform with the WOKE (the “Lost Generation”).
(OH, can’t forget them doing away with single-player and making most games ONLINE (with all of the cheaters/hackers which took all of the worth that was left, out of the games).
"more worried about graphics and real history/story"
