The United States Supreme Court released Friday a pair of decisions in the challenges to a Texas law effectively banning abortions upon detection of a fetal heartbeat, rejecting the Biden administration’s challenge to the law while allowing abortion industry lawsuits to proceed in the lower courts............
Chief Justice John Roberts joined the Court’s liberal wing in a partial concurrence and partial dissent that appears to indicate hostility to the law should the “ultimate merits question” reach the justices........

Liberals are so mad it must be a positive decision for babies.
They are always mad. They raged against David Souter when he was nominated.
And Souter was a hundred percent liberal pantload.
Sure, put them on the docket for 2345. July 23.
As I read the story yesterday Clarence Thomas was the one vote to chuck the Pro-Abortion challenge.
The other eight want the abortionists to have their day in court to challenge the law.
And Roberts and the liberals made a defense of Roe vs. Wade as the law of the land in their opinion.
