JOSH Duggar was seen smiling in his mugshot after he was found guilty of child pornography charges.
Duggar, 33, was arrested and charged with receiving and possessing child pornography in April 2021. On Thursday he was found guilty on both counts.
He is now likely to get 10 years in prison, an attorney told The U.S. Sun. Sentencing will come at a later date.
Judge Timothy L Brooks said that he plans to sentence Duggar in four months time.
He added: "Mr Duggar 100 percent has been compliant awaiting trial.
"I appreciate that and I wanted to acknowledge that however because of the guilty offenses he must be detained regardless of flight risk so there will be a mandatory detention. The marshalls will set that up."
After being found guilty of both possessing and receiving child pornography, Josh was ordered straight into custody.

No win there. He knows that Mugshot is going everywhere, so he may as well look presentable.

From what I hear, judges get new cases all the time, and this judge may find he’s back in court tomorrow presiding over a brand new case. Which will take up his time.
And sometimes judges need to spend time researching sentencing guidelines, and see what sentences have been in other similar cases.
Four months from now does seem long though, even allowing for items I just mentioned.
Not defending him.. but that family was dead on arrival with the media. There was so much hatred toward the family.. the strict parents.. odd to a fault..
Everyone wanted to see them get theirs. Of course they would give him the most they could.

Of three people that I have seen/know who are guilty of child porn or sexual crime, ALL of them are wearing that arrogant smirk in their mug shots.
