You could do the same thing with a advanced blood testing system in a Dr office and with no battery changing needed and no toxic metals in the implanted chip.
This has been debunked for 20 years by those in high tech like myself and other engineers.

What can be transmitted is subject to being hacked! Instead of ‘Ransom Ware’ we could have ‘pacemaker ransom’ and all of its cousins, diabetic pumps etc. Pay now or DIE at a time we chose. Anyone who thinks conmen would not do this does not know the hellholes of the 3rd World slums.
