They are German soldiers during a “Zapfenstreich” or military parade for outgoing Chancellor Angela Merkel a few days ago. Nothing to do with the jab...

Good morning , Gran. You are welcome. Sorry about your sleepless night. I’m up at least 2 time a night , but lately I take a swig or two of Bigelow Sweet Dream herbal tea and it seems to help me fall back to sleep.

On a normal night I wake up at the minimum twice but usually can fall back asleep but like last night getting back to sleep was not happening.

I have tried all kinds of things to help, some did some didn’t.

This too shall pass!
