Ponder this: Jordan elevated the popularity of the NBA to astronomical heights. When he retired, he left the NBA better than he found it.
Lebron has turned it into an ash heap of in your face Wokism. He is an apologist for the ChiComs. When he leaves the league he will be leaving it in horrid shape.

Your experience with Covid is more common than severe reactions, but every person is different. I think it is hard for all of us to see the “big picture” with the virus as anecdotally we all know from first-hand experience how it impacted us or others to include people who died from it. The mortality rate remains very low if you are under 70 although there are outliers for people with co-morbidity.
It makes me angry to have certainty that we will look back on the last two years and wonder how many people would have lived or been far less sick with aggressive treatment and care vs the corporate medicine/bureaucrat plan.
It is undeniable that our health bureaucracy, in lockstep with big pharma, never explored therapeutic care or gave out common-sense advice on things like vitamin D. They appear to be focused solely on vaccines or new pharmaceutical products instead of “wellness” as a prevention.
I am reading RFK Jr’s new book about Anthony Fauci and our public health/big pharma cabal and it will make blood shoot out of your eyes. Very well written with lots of footnotes and references it is best described as shocking. I highly recommend it and sincerely hope that the GOP majority in 2023 wades into the whole mess with the same outrage that I feel about it, but it is more likely that big pharma will continue to buy them off.
Given what the taxpayers spend on “health” matters in every given year we deserve far better!
Paid vacation...
Recently, a reporter asked Michael Jordan who was better, his 90s Bulls or LeBron's Lakers from today. Jordan replied, "We were better". The reporter asked, "How many points do you think you'd beat them by?" Jordan replied, "Probably 2 or 3". "Only 2 or 3", said the reporter. "How come so little?" Jordan smiled. "Well, we're almost all in our 60s now."
It matters because this is yet another vaxxed player catching the Coof. There are only 530 players in the NBA. Breakthrough infections are no so “rare” as we are being told.
He has problems FAR worse than Covid.

Lebron was initially very vax hesitant. And then all of a sudden he got the shot. Possibly, like many wealthy and famous, he simply paid off his physician to mark him down as vaxxed.
I bet when he heard the news he started to cry.
