“Plaintiffs are likely to succeed in establishing that the CMS vaccine mandate is arbitrary and capricious.”
Those are the words of federal Judge Matthew T. Schelp of the Eastern District of Missouri in a 32-page opinion devastating the Biden Adminstration’s effort to force health-care workers to be vaccinated.
Today’s ruling, in a lawsuit brought by Missouri and other states, issues a preliminary injunction against the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services mandate.
The CMS mandate now joins Biden’s broader OSHA mandate on the chopping block. For now, it applies only in the 10 states that brought the lawsuit, including Iowa, Missouri, and New Hampshire.

A Louisiana Federal judge just blocked the mandate in the rest of the country!
PING
I work in the health care industry under the umbrella of a sizeable network, as in national. I was able to obtain an exemption on religious grounds with minimal effort. Nevertheless I am troubled by the zeal wherewith my employer embraces the CDC and all that comes out of government concerning these recent manifestations of synthetic viruses. You would think they would exercise some critical thinking and independence before adopting draconian policies. I also am curious as to whether, at bottom, my umbrella company is subject to manipulations related to profits, even though they go out of their way to quash conflicts of interest. I’m smaller than a cog in the machine. I will never know. There is not a single intrepid reporter who dare look into it, either.
PRAISE Heavenly Father 💃🙏❣
The exemptions are also a control factor. We still must he nasal raped weekly if lucky enough to get an exemption. Then we have to pray we don’t lose it!
If your company is a corporation that has stock that is publicly traded, or a non-profit, there are financial reports that have to be filed, and they are available on line - might tell the tale.
Disaster emergency declaration gives Hochul power to stop services at struggling hospitals
She's enabling health systems to ration care.
And Big Med is just fine and dandy with that.
God help anyone needing anything in a timely fashion.
