What the hell kind of churches do you people attend? If your local church is merely where everyone goes after the bars on Saturday night for pick-ups, then you need to find a new church.
I'm definitely not on the market, and my family attends a "boring" suburban Catholic Church. It definitely does NOT bring in the fashionable crowd. But I see the young adults and singles who attend regularly, and see those who are involved with the youth groups, and those who volunteer at parish functions - and there are some very nice, stable people there.
It was ever thus.
I pity anybody who is back into the “dating game” today. Seeing the quality of women that this article talks about, I see that the “dating field” consists in part of self-absorbed, narcissistic, VALUELESS things that you should avoid like a rotting skunk corpse covered with maggots.
I have observed a huge segment of the US population today. I saw it in my former business. I hear about it through a family member who works at a major university. So many of them HAVE NO VALUES. No goal. No driving force. No rudder. No steering wheel.
HOWEVER, a billion or so of people do have a set of values and goals in life. This is known as Christianity. I’m sure there are other religions that perform a similar purpose in the lives of others too. And they can be beneficial too. But man was not made to be thrown into a pit and abandoned. Man needs to be around and in the community of people with the same set of values.

The people pushing these rules - mostly through social media - also tell you posting nudes on Tinder is the best way to meet people. :)
The Gen Z girls I interact with through work always seem happy to interact with older, normal men who don’t believe in this garbage - so I think social media conformity is overblown.

My parents taught me very little about women, but one thing that was very helpful was they said:
“Take her out for a meal. There is only one thing you need to learn. Watch how she treats the waiters or waitresses.
That is how she will treat you if you marry her.”
I was tough—on a first date if a woman treated the waiter or waitress like dirt I would literally walk out of the restaurant without a word—no lies or excuses.
Life is too short to spend one extra second with nasty people.

Agreed—if women thinks someone is creepy there is something about that person they do not like.
Sometimes it may not be easy to figure out exactly what that is, but it is there for sure.

Yes - and a note to single men who can’t find anyone interested (or interesting) locally - If you can’t afford an international plane ticket and a couple of weeks in a hotel, you can’t afford to have a female in your life anyway.
It used to be that people would marry someone from high school or college, upon graduation.
Women do not seem to understand that they will never see a bigger selection of good guys than the pool of guys in college. And marrying within a year of graduation maximizes the high-fertility period for having kids.
Or they can do like I did and marry a working class girl who will be happy to forego a career to be a housewife and mother.
And the pastor there will push guys to date/marry one of the single moms there, because he knows that's why the single mom is there, and she will stop being a customer if she doesn't get dates.
A lot of pastors regard their churches as businesses, and want to maximize the number of donating/volunteering customers.

Some however cannot even do that, and are doomed to have to work with what they got, sad but thats life I guess.
If you’re not willing to put in work to improve yourself, you will never achieve a good relationship or marriage, because (guess what?) keeping a marriage working involves work too.
