With Thanksgiving over, the White House goes full steam ahead for Christmas 2021. Holiday decorations take over the halls and rooms of the White House for the festive season. First Lady Jill Biden unveiled the decorations and theme, 'Gifts From The Heart,' on Monday, Nov. 29, 2021.

The Red Room is ok, but I'm not feeling the blue bubbles
Blah.
Bring back Melania’s design crew.
Melania can make dog shit look classy .... and expensive.
Absolutely.
We must be a couple of night owls. I woke up at 1:30 and am trying to go back to sleep. 😄
Note the kindness and hope banners. A dig at Trump. They’re fine for human interaction, but not how we maintain superiority over Chicoms and Jihadists.

uninspired - a little weird with the discs and stacked up red boxes. nope.
And two banners spell out the theme??

Where da myocarditis room at? Da on wid da festive spike proteins hangin around?
I liked the blue baubles.
Question in the one photo...what that thing off to the right of the first tree? It looks like a bomb?

Everything has a meaning for displays like this, they just describe what we clearly see in the pictures...fail to address the meaning or theme.
I’d say it is doggone obvious that Jill has no idea what the ‘reason for the season’ is...
No Christian symbols in the entire place. Masks on the military is so symbolic.
In many places it is a weak copy of things innovated by Melania. In other rooms it mostly falls short. The only thing I like better is the two trees on either side of the fireplace in the East Room. Those hanging blue dingle-dangles in the hall beside the Rose Garden are awful.
