The West Palm Beach Market is in such an oversupply of condominiums the prices are sweet for buying. I looked at Jupiter, Boca Raton, Jensen, Vero Beach, and hands down, checkbook out, West Palm Beach is the best value for the dollar, amenities, medical facilities, retail locations, and reasonable taxes.
