Chelsi Ariel Shambre Lumpkin, 26, of Alachua was arrested yesterday afternoon and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
According to the arrest report, Lumpkin was in the drive-through of the Popeyes on US 441 in Alachua at 4:00 p.m. when she got into a dispute with the employee there and requested that someone else prepare her food. During the argument, Lumpkin allegedly pulled out a handgun and waved it in the drive-through employee’s direction, stating, “Bitch don’t fix my food.” The handgun was later found in Lumpkin’s handbag; she has a valid concealed weapons license.

With government black family financial aid, housing assistance, food benefits, Medicare, educational assistance, special training funds and scholarship stipends, affirmative action special treatment in getting a job and getting a promotion over non-minorities at work, you would think she would be on the way to a good life.
Since Lyndon B. Johnson’s Great Society programs black people in America have received 26 trillion dollars overall, counting all programs for or utilized by blacks.
