Health officials in Connecticut have issued a warning about fentanyl-laced marijuana, which is being eyed in a rash of overdoses throughout the state.
Since July, 39 overdoses requiring the use of naloxone for revival have been reported. In each case, the person involved said they had only smoked marijuana, but officials said they exhibited opioid symptoms...
..."This is the first lab-confirmed case of marijuana with fentanyl in Connecticut and possibly the first confirmed case in the United States," said Department of Public Health Commissioner Dr. Manisha Juthani.
The warning comes amid news that an estimated 100,000 Americans died of drug overdoses in a year,..

I honestly don’t understand the goal of putting fentanyl in weed other than trying to kill someone.
That’s my thought as well.
We turn now to the next invented crisis from the intentionally porous southern border and recent reports of SO much Fentanyl being reportedly seized (but how much has actually gotten through?).
It's Sunday . . . . . go to church and rest.
Tomorrow we bring you Thanksgiving and Christmas (or is it Christmas and Thanksgiving?), Ghiselle AND Fentanyl.
Worry not dear hearts .... we won't leave you hangin' .
Could be the legal pot sellers trying to get rid of black market competition.
Drugs are a cash cow for the demonic globalist. It won’t stop.
MJ used to be used as a vehicle ot delivery system for other substances.
Sprayed, dipped, dusted.... the recent fentanyl busts... open borders...
Gee, it’s hard to figure.
I really do not care. The war on drugs is a war on our freedom. Now the Feds want to spend $87 billion tracking every $600 bank transaction?
If someone wants to get high, they are going to do so. It is just a decision free people are able to make. The only option is for us not to be free.
I was at the funeral for a 30 year old who died from an overdose. I know his parents tried to steer him right, he was back active in his church, and then he decided what he wanted to do. I know it is heart breaking but it is what it is. People who abuse drugs know it is dangerous, but they don’t care. When is the last time you ever heard someone say, “I did not know heroine was addictive”?
Bottom line: Don’t smoke marijuana (or use any recreational drugs) and you’ll be fine.
But, but...marijuana is not dangerous. It’s safer than the evil alcohol your parents drink. It’s not a gateway drug...doesn’t lead to other drug usage...doesn’t lead to death.
We’ve been told that for decades.
“I honestly don’t understand the goal of putting fentanyl in weed other than trying to kill someone.”
It’s horrible and tragic. It’s like crack all over again.
I assume that most don’t OD with it. To my understanding one of the many reasons they started to lace heroin with it was because then straight heroin wouldn’t do the trick for the addict getting fentanyl laced heroin. They needed to go back to a source with fentanyl laced heroin to get where they need to be. So maybe this could be something similar, or at least a turn on/intro to the opioid drug scene.

When you play stupid games, you take your chances on someone else’s rules and you die.
I've mixed strains of cannabis together to tailor a 'buzz', but never other substances that would be destroyed by the combustion. So what 'other substances' are you thinking of?
“Sprayed, dipped, dusted....”
Take your pick. Grind something up into a fine powder mix it with a liquid and spray it on the crop or on the plant that your bagging up and sell it at a higher price.
It was a good way to make Bad Mexican weed good. They could have been using horse tranquilizer then I’m sure if they’re doing it now it would probably be Fentanyl and that would be disastrous.
