I'm starting to feel the worst for Kyle.
Maybe they "got" to the jury. Jury intimidation is a real thing.
There is no way they should be taking this long!

But if it is to be a ‘Hung Jury’ then that would be a good outcome for KR... he’d walk free. Perhaps the judge will force the issue and put a deadline after which he will declare the Jury ‘Hung’.
Personally I think there’s ample grounds to declare a mistrial-with-prejudice based on prosecutorial misconduct. But then I’m not a lawyer. (Thank God)
The jury is apparently a reflection of the Democrat Party, stupid incompetent imbeciles who cannot see the obvious and distort reality....
If KR was in Kenosha to ‘hunt’ then why was he carrying a First-Aid Kit and scrubbing graffiti? Oh and giving an interview about being there to help defend Life and Property. If KR were there just to kill, why not mut some optics on that AR and set in a sniper position and wait for dark?
Apparently two jurors are full on afraid for their lives if they vote to acquit. Which may not be an unfounded fear.
And that is how it’s always been. They fight dirty. We don’t. We need to play by their rules.
Not if the prosecution goes for a retrial.
They are afraid. They are trying desperately to find a way to convict him on something, anything, so they won’t have to fear the mob after they leave. They all know he’s innocent of the charges, but don’t all have the courage to say “not guilty.”
If the judge allows the jury to deliberate all the way to a verdict (not a hung jury) I think the judge loses the right to declare a mistrial. The defense then has to file for a writ of error coram nobis asking the judge to overturn the verdict. One basis for the writ could be the video evidence that was withheld.
I think they’ll return a verdict today. Guilty of lesser charges.

“peers” only works if there is a reasonably common sense of values and what is right and what is wrong. In splintered America is hard to find 12 people you share common values with. I know the Supreme Court has ruled on what equals “peers”, but we’re rapidly reaching the point where the splinter will not be repairable.

What is going on in the trial? Very easy answer; at least one of the jurors is retarded. I hope it’s only one.

I hope they acquit, but I suspect they will convict on a “minor” felony, to get out from under the doxxing and threats. Thereafter, on appeal, Kyle will be exonerated entirely.
