By the time you read this, the issue may be moot but, as matters stand, it’s definitely concerning.
Anybody objectively watching the Kyle Rittenhouse trial could see that he should never have been charged. Witness testimony and video footage established clearly that Kyle acted in self-defense when he shot at three men, all of whom were vigorously engaged in trying to kill him. My worry from the beginning, though, has been that the jury will be so intimidated by the gathering mobs that it will affect their verdict. The facts seem to support my concern.
Despite the clear evidence presented, which should have led to a verdict in an hour or two at most, the jury did not reach a verdict on Monday. According to Jacek Posobiec, “Two jurors holding decision up, outright citing backlash, per US Marshall in Kenosha.”

Considering the power the thugs have today Thanks to the Marxist domestic enemy occupation in Washington and the media which protects them, I would not be surprised in the least if Rittenhouse is convicted, not in the least.
I’d almost like the foreman to stand up and render this verdict: “Your honor, we don’t want our families murdered by the mob, so we better find him guilty.”
Then what happens?

Was there ever any explanation as to why the jury was not sequestered?
No rumor. 2 of the jurors already said as much yesterday.
How shallow of a human must you be to convict an innocent man because you fear the backlash for doing what is right?
That is one reason so many falsely accused black citizens were convicted by Democrat prosecutors and juries that feared the KKK backlash.
This is no different.
I think there’s grounds for appeal of the decision based on how MSM, Democrat politicians and members of the protesting groups have been threatening the jury.
In cases where the jury cannot act without outside influence the judge should be informed. And a mistrial declared. Hold the next one on the space station if necessary to keep the rats and their rat media out.
They were protecting the identity of the jurors, but there was an incident a week ago where someone was taking pictures of them in a restricted area.
As long as Rats are in control, we are a failed State.

If they made it clear they fear for their lives if they acquit, or say “We find him guilty so WE will be safe from the mob” what then?
So now the mob, who likely has not listened to a damn bit of the case, gets to decide justice? It is a sad and SCARY time for this country!

Whose bright idea was it to not have the jury sequestered?
If true, the judge either should replace the two jurors or dismiss the case with prejudice (Rittenhouse can’t be retried).
The jury needs some AR-15s of their own.
MISTRIAL WITH PREJUDICE.
Once the judge says that, there is NO retrial permitted.
It is over, and he cannot be dragged through the legal crap...ever.
If there is a second trial, I fear the prosecution will not make the same mistakes this time and present a better sounding case against Kyle. I think the idea that this young man would have to endure a second trial would be outrageous. He is probably already traumatized for life. Will there be any protests on his behalf? Why is it that only thugs make their voices heard?
