Due to findings of SARS-CoV-2 in white-tailed deer, Wisconsin health officials have added a few planks to their recommendations to hunters this fall, including wearing a mask when field dressing deer.
The list includes three new measures: wearing a mask while field dressing deer; limit cutting into and handling the deer's lungs, throat, and mouth/nasal cavity to only what is necessary (for example, submitting a head for CWD testing);
No deer in Wisconsin have yet been tested for the virus.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention there is also no evidence people can get COVID-19 from preparing and eating game meat.
When told Monday about the updated DHS recommendations, Jim Smukowski, 52 of Oconomowoc, was taken aback.
"Say what?" said Smukowski, a deer hunter for 40 years who is planning to hunt this week in Richland County. "I think we've got bigger fish to fry. I won't be wearing (a mask)."

I disagree. It was manufactured in a lab and test disseminated to military "games" in late 2019 in China. By the time the "experiment" at the games demonstrated rapid human to human transmission, it was far too late to contain. The ChiComs knew it was a problem and still encouraged world-wide dissemination via the Chinese New Year travel.
The spike protein is a chimeric collection from multiple sources. Grafting onto a human corona virus provided a transmission vector. The spike was optimized for human ACE2 receptors using serial passage techniques. The bioweapon pushers ultimately found a more useful way to disseminate...the lipid nanoparticle encapsulated mRNA encoding for the spike protein alone. Big pharma and tyrannical government policy proved to be more efficient than waiting on the virus. Too bad the virus didn't stop. The narrow antibody profile from the vaxx provided selective pressure allowing the natural mutation process to produce a huge number of variants of the spike protein. The variants are "vaxx escape".
The mechanics aside, the spike is essentially destroying the immune system in a manner similar to AIDS. Victims succumb to endogenous viruses they can no longer suppress and cancers that they can no longer suppress. At a lower level, the spike protein enters the nucleus and disables the double stranded DNA repair mechanisms. The impairment of p53 results in de-differentiation and senescence of the cell. It becomes a zombie consuming resources, unable to die, providing no useful function.
But only if the deer are symptomatic.

You have natural resistence now to covid, and it is extremely unlikely that deer are carrying covid. The cnsnce it had covid is so remote as to really be a non issue I woild think. It’s not like covid infected people, are hanging out, in close contact, with wild deer day in and day out.
There may be a few instances where wild deer are in constant close contact with covid infected people, like with folks that feed them and have come to where they can pet them and be near them, but thatnis a very very remote possibility.

This is designed to incite fear in hunters, to reduce the number of hunters in the field, and to make them wear masks even when doing something they love. NOTHING MORE. THERE IS NO REAL THREAT.
