He has a “What About Mary” hair flip (likely using the same “pomade”).

Why do I suspect that this was yet another stunt by Binger to draw a reaction from the judge? He has done about everything he can to cause a mistrial and/or create the grounds for disqualifying the judge.

How is that possible, when the defense would not have a chance
to address them directly during the proceedings?
Yikes!
I’m certainly no expert, but the new charges could be challenged
on that very basis, intellectually.
The law may allow it, but it stinks like you intimated.

I’m not sure if malicious intent is required.
It’s certainly would be unnerving.
Good question?

I would have yelled and hit the floor.
Everyone in the courtroom was unarmed and helpless.
Didn’t the idiot learn anything from Alec Baldwin?

If the gun fit’s you have to aquit..and O.J. was. This time I hope it works for Kyle.It won’t. Kyle does not have pigment protection. OJ did. I just wonder if the jury will convict him, so the rioters won’t burn down the city?

Well what’s quite obvious to those with any brain-matter escapes those without who have made this much more than what it is. So it will depend who in the jury has any brain matter.
