Anecdotal evidence:

I received the J and J in August after naturally getting covid and recovering in two days in January. I’ve had neurological issues and fatigue since the day I got the jab.

The last week or so, I’ve been drinking kombucha, a tea/ vinegar drink fermented with probiotics.

I feel better this week than I have, although I’m a bit near where I was before the jab.

Advice: if you’re a healthy, athletic, 39ish year old male who is in good health, avoid the jabv at all costs.

Although I’m not dead, playing Russian roulette to keep me job wasn’t worth sacrificing my quality of life and career.

Make your own kefir.

New England Cheese making Co. has the cultures.

...avoid crowds and gatherings of unknown individuals outside your normal cohort.

You have Long Haul Covid-19 Syndrome (LHCS) from the clot shot.
There is an FLCCC therapy for it. Try their vitamin & nutrient therapy with the key ingredient of Ivermectin. You can go online to get the prescription for about $180 (NP’s fee and $108 for the Rx) or you can go to the horse gel for $8-10.

I don’t know about the veracity of the claims, but there are some who talk about “detoxing” the vaccines, or “antidoting” the vaccine (I thjnk its basically just doing internal cleanses of things like liver, gut, etc, which I’m not too sure is even possible, but I thjnk that is what they talk about)- not sure it can help with neurological, issues, but maybe.

Bradley Kincaid - Some Little Bug is Goin’ to Get You

In these days of indigestion it is oftentimes a question
As to what to eat and what to leave alone.
Every microbe and bacillus has a different way to kill us
And in time they all will claim us for their own.
There are germs of every kind in every food that you can find
In the market or upon the bill of fare.
Drinking water’s just as risky as the so-called “deadly” whiskey
And it’s often a mistake to breathe the air.

For some little bug is going to get you someday.
Some little bug will creep behind you someday.
Then he’ll send for his bug friends
And all your troubles they will end,
For some little bug is gonna find you someday.

The inviting green cucumber, it’s most everybody’s number
While sweetcorn has a system of its own.
Now, that radish seems nutritious, but its behavior is quite vicious
And a doctor will be coming to your home.
Eating lobster, cooked or plain, is only flirting with ptomaine,
While an oyster often has a lot to say.
And those clams we eat in chowder make the angels sing the louder
For they know that they ‘II be with us right away.

For some little bug is going to get you someday.
Some little bug will creep behind you someday.
Eat that juicy sliced pineapple,
And the sexton dusts the chapel
Oh, yes, some little bug is gonna find you someday.

When cold storage vaults I visit, I can only say, “What is it
Makes poor mortals fill their systems with such stuff?”
Now, at breakfast prunes are dandy if a stomach pump is handy
And a doctor can be called quite soon enough.
Eat a plate of fine pig’s knuckles and the headstone cutter chuckles
While the gravedigger makes a mark upon his cuff.
And eat that lovely red bologna and you ‘II wear a wood kimona
As your relatives start packing up your stuff.

For some little bug is going to get you someday.
Some little bug will creep behind you someday.
Then he’ll send for his bug friends
And all your troubles they will end,
For some little bug is gonna find you someday.

Those crazy foods they fix, they’ll float us ‘cross the River Styx
Or start us climbing up the Milky Way.
And those meals they serve in courses mean a hearse and two black horses
So before meals, some people always pray.
Luscious grapes breed appendicitis, while their juice leads to gastritis
So there’s only death to greet us either way.
Fried liver’s nice, but mind you, friends will follow close behind you
And the papers, they will have nice things to say

I was severely ill during the beginning of 2004 and in ICU. My body went into a cykotine storm. By God’s grace, I survived. There is no way I am getting a Covid vaccine. How do I know it will not trigger another storm? After 14 years of service, I am being terminated on January 5 as my company just instituted a mandate. Get the jab or you are terminated. I’ll take termination.

My understanding is that you should also load up on prebiotics to feed the healthy bacteria/biome. Fiber, green vegetables, cabbage, etc (I.e., none of the tasty stuff). Also, minimize sugars in your diet - which apparently the ‘bad’ bacteria likes… Tough to do.

Thanks for your post. I’ve heard/read this before. Sound plausible.

I tried homemade kefir. My wife liked it, but it didn’t agree with me. It gave me a stomach ache. I tried to stick with it, but it never improved.

I’ve gone back to high grade yogurt and a pro-biotic supplement. I’ll resort to commercial yogurt in a clutch. Kimchee is a good source too, if you like Korean or other Asian dishes.

Was you kefir milk-based or water based? I have done well with the water based one. I like the lemon/ginger Kevita brand

After researching and penning an entire book on the matter (the gut), I can state with authority:

Their citation of dysbiosis is demonstrable of the derelict state of knowledge of the gut. Permit me to be 100% clear:

Anyone who believes that taking probiotics will ‘cure’ any condition of the gut is desperate, in denial, or both.

It took me a FULL YEAR to correct my gut dysbiosis and ANOTHER FULL YEAR to permit my gut to heal.

I’ve argued prior that the practitioner field of gastroenterology needs to be split to create a specialty field which focuses upon the microbiome and its effect upon the endocrine system (including ‘immunity’).

If a FReeper has a problem with their gut, the odds are that you will waste your time and compromise your health by going to an AMA practitioner of gastroenterology.

Insofar as the virus goes, I had a gut effect post-infection which lasted for months. Future research will prove interesting, if they can pull their heads out of their backsides (pun intended).

It was milk-based. I’ll ask my wife about water-based recipes. We would usually mix ours with some strawberries or blueberries and a little artificial sweetener.
