A construction manager tackles gender stereotypes daily as she shares the reality of how she is treated as a woman on a building site.
Autumn Westfall, a project manager in commercial construction as well as a model, from Macomb, Michigan, discusses her bizarre experiences as a woman in a male-dominated industry.
She explained to her 13,100 TikTok followers: “It’s 100% true that pretty privilege does exist and yes it is absolutely rude how when people find you attractive they are generally just nice to you for that reason and that reason only.”

Her long hair can be dangerous on a construction site. It should be knotted or netted to get my respect. She should look for respect based on her abilities, not her looks.
I am not going to contribute the word “erections” to this thread.
I would respect her as my boss, if she has proven her experiance and knowledge, not by a “Glamor photoshoot” for her onlyfans/instagram account. However, not guilty, and in the words of laz, I would tap that.
I I would have no problem working for her. I have all the best tools and she can use my favorite tool. Anytime.

I would have no problem working for her. Does she need a bricklayer? If she’s got them, I can lay them.
If she’s building brick houses, the crew will take her seriously.
Yes, good looking women have always had an advantage over ugly women, as every ugly woman can attest to.
“A college degree with no hammer time?”
I somehow doubt that.
“Construction Barbie.”
I guess “Backho Barbie” would be sexist.
I think Trump had a women construction manage on Trump Tower...he had a few women in big projects...
I would have no problem working for her. Er, I better quit these comments. It’s been a while since I’ve been put in time out. And I might just be pushing this too far.
I have known lots of real construction supervisors. None of them had tik tok followers. This babe needs to make a career choice and stick with it. Or get married and make babies at home. I’m guessing all those choices are available to her.
She knows what she got and knows how to use it.
Honey, maybe if you treated your job seriously and not as a soft porn photo op, you might get more respect.
Nice tips, btw.
I’m sure lots of coworkers would like to seriously take her.
But can she lay..........er...............................bricks?
