Well, given the teacher was white, and the County Attorney felt the need to say it was NOT racially motivated, you can pretty much assume both teenagers are black and it WAS racially motivated.

Teacher was Mexican (which could mean of Spanish heritage, or Mexican Indian, or mixture), accused are white.
