Well, given the teacher was white, and the County Attorney felt the need to say it was NOT racially motivated, you can pretty much assume both teenagers are black and it WAS racially motivated.

A VERY safe bet. Just like how when the authorities immediately announce that an attack did not involve terrorism, it’s guaranteed the perp was a muslim screaming “Allahu Ackbar!” and probably holding a bomb in each hand.
